We work as a single point of responsibility, coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure each project is executed efficiently and to specification. Our approach is built on disciplined planning, on-site supervision, and consistent quality control—allowing projects to progress smoothly from groundwork to completion.
We undertake new builds, renovations, extensions, and structural works across residential and commercial sectors, adapting our resources and expertise to suit the scale and complexity of each project.
Quotations
Every project is unique in its design, size, complexity, location, topography, type of accommodation, and budget. Some clients require a full design-to-build service, while others may only need selected construction services. Our quotation process is structured to reflect these differences accurately and fairly.
Blacksteel Construction offers a no-charge initial consultancy session at our office for all new clients. This meeting allows both the client and our team to gain a clear understanding of the proposed project, scope of works, and expectations, while identifying the most suitable approach to delivery based on individual needs.
Our construction rates are fixed and transparent, with three standard packages starting from $475 per square foot, tailored to suit varying project requirements. Formal quotations based on house plans are issued only after the initial consultation, once scope, drawings, and budget parameters have been properly reviewed.
Rough estimates are provided free of charge to assist clients in early planning and budgeting. Where a more detailed and site-specific quotation is required, on-site visits are conducted at a cost of $500. This allows for proper assessment of site conditions, access, and scope, ensuring the accuracy of pricing and recommendations.

By coordinating early we help ensure that technical requirements, approvals, and funding milestones align with construction progress.
